How to use the Fortnite Drop Calculator:

  • Set your drop spot (clicking on the map)
  • If you are landing on a building, set the height (adjust the slider)
  • Set the bus-route (drag to correct position)
  • Click ‘Drop Me’

Saved drop spots/settings:

We save locally in your Browser in what Browsers call ‘local storage’, it is NOT saved on our server.
This means if you clear your Browser’s ‘local storage’, you will also clear all settings and drop spots.

Engine settings:

If the Fortnite Drop Calculator runs slow in your Browser, reduce some of the settings.
If the Fortnite Drop Calculator runs fast in your Browser, you could increase some of the settings.

  • Path Finding Precision
Sets the precision of steps the path-finding algorithm uses.
  • Path Clear Precision
Sets the precision of steps the path-finding algorithm uses.
  • Bus Exit Precision
Sets the precision of steps the path-finding algorithm uses.
  • Auto Deploy Precision
This sets the difficulty of hitting your Deploy Point.
The more horizontal velocity you have when you hit your Deploy Point, the further you can go.
Easy – This setting allows for a dive straight down on the Deploy Point and still land perfectly on your Drop Spot.
Improbable – This setting means you have to hit your Deploy Point with FULL horizontal velocity , (you cannot look down to see if you are on your Deploy Point, because looking down means you loose horizontal velocity)
Do not use ‘Improbable’, it is there just for completeness.
  • Use Walls as Height Indicator
This is a UI change only, it does not impact the performance.
This toggles between using Meters or using Walls for the user interface.
Press ctrl+shift+F, to toggle the visibility of the Engine Settings in the menu.
Make sure you completely understand the settings before adjusting them.

Changes/Todo/Maybe/Future:

  • Add the OG map
Would be nice, but the height-map needs a lot of work.
